Most businesses don't struggle because people aren't working hard. They struggle because their processes evolve faster than their systems. Work becomes scattered across tools, execution depends on constant follow-ups, and everyday operations become harder than they need to be.

That's the gap I focus on closing.

I'm Anthony Nnacho, an Operations Systems Builder who designs workflow automation and CRM systems that help businesses streamline operations, reduce manual work, and execute with greater clarity and consistency.

With a Computer Science background, I naturally think in systems. How information flows, where processes break down, and how better workflows can improve the way teams operate without adding unnecessary complexity. That mindset shapes every solution I build.

I've designed systems for CRM management, lead intake, deal flow organization, customer request management, contact migration, and internal operations using Make, Zapier, Airtable, Monday.com, and GoHighLevel.

When a workflow requires deeper logic, multi-step processing, or advanced routing, I build with Make. When the priority is fast, reliable integration between tools, I use Zapier. The goal is never to use a particular platform. It's to design the right system for the business.

I trained at Witty Automation Academy, where the focus wasn't just learning software but solving real business challenges. Through client scenarios, capstone projects, and hands-on builds, I learned to understand how work moves through a business before designing systems around it.

What matters most in my work isn't simply automating tasks. It's building systems that people can actually use, maintain, and trust in their day-to-day operations. The best automation doesn't just save time. It removes friction and makes work easier for everyone involved.
