What was broken

The organization had no centralized system for tracking work across departments. Each team was operating independently with no shared structure, no consistent way of reporting progress, and no way for executives to get a real time picture of what was happening across the business. Department heads couldn't see blockers until they became problems. Leadership was relying on manual updates and meetings to understand project status instead of having a system that surfaced that information automatically. The result was fragmented reporting, inconsistent workflows and an operational structure that didn't scale.

What I designed

Designed and implemented a company wide project tracking and visibility system in Monday.com covering five departments — Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Finance. Built department specific boards under a shared workspace, configured executive dashboards for leadership reporting, implemented 25 automations across all departments, and delivered a comprehensive SOP. Personally led the Finance department implementation end to end.
