A two-board Monday.com CRM for acquisition outreach and broker network management, with Gmail integration and automated follow-up logic.
The challenge
A business acquisition team was tracking outreach across spreadsheets with no structure around follow-ups, no visibility into broker relationships, and no system enforcing accountability. Prospects were being contacted once and forgotten. High priority targets weren't being flagged automatically. The team was relying on memory and manual notes to manage a process that needed a system. Deals were being missed not because of bad sourcing but because of bad tracking.
The solution
Designed a two board CRM in Monday.com covering acquisition outreach and broker network management. Four automations handle the follow-up logic that was previously being done manually, and Gmail integration keeps communication records tied directly to the outreach tracker.
