A centralized Airtable system with a client portal that replaces scattered WhatsApp and email threads with structured review and approval.
The challenge
A videographer was running their entire production process through a mix of WhatsApp messages, emails and scattered notes. Client details lived in one place, project updates in another, feedback came through wherever the client felt like sending it, and deliverables had no structured home. Nothing was broken enough to stop work but everything was inefficient enough to slow it down and create unnecessary back and forth. The videographer was spending as much time managing communication as delivering work.
The solution
Built a centralized Airtable system that gives the videographer one place to manage every client, project and deliverable from first brief to final approval. Clients get their own portal to review videos, drop feedback and sign off on drafts without the back and forth.
